SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased from ThreadTrend, a brand owned and operated by Relentra Fashion Technology ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.


I. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

  • All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours from the time of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Orders placed during promotional events, sales periods, or holidays may require additional processing time.
  • Once dispatched, customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

II. DELIVERY TIMELINES

  • Standard delivery timelines within India are approximately 7 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:
    • Customer location
    • Courier partner operations
    • Weather conditions
    • Government restrictions
    • Unexpected logistical disruptions
  • Delays, if any, will be communicated to the customer in advance wherever reasonably possible.

III. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • ThreadTrend currently offers Free Shipping on all eligible orders across India.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify shipping charges, promotional shipping offers, or minimum order thresholds at its sole discretion.

IV. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery ("COD") is available for eligible pin codes within India.
  • The Company reserves the right to disable COD for certain regions, products, or users based on operational feasibility or order history.

V. DELIVERY ADDRESS & FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at the time of placing the order.
  • In case an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
    • Our delivery or support team may attempt to contact the customer to confirm the correct delivery location.
    • If the location is found to be significantly different or non-serviceable, the shipment may be returned to origin.
    • Re-shipping charges, if applicable, may be borne by the customer.
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability may result in cancellation or return of the shipment.

VI. LOST, DAMAGED, OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

  • If an order is received in a damaged condition or appears tampered with, customers are advised to report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
  • In cases where a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit or substantially damaged, the Company may offer:
    • A replacement product, or
    • A full refund, at its sole discretion.
  • Resolution shall be subject to verification with the logistics partner.

VII. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • ThreadTrend currently does not offer international shipping services.
  • We reserve the right to enable international deliveries in the future without prior notice.

VIII. NON-SERVICEABLE AREAS

  • While we aim to deliver across India, certain remote or restricted locations may occasionally be non-serviceable due to courier limitations.
  • If an order cannot be fulfilled due to serviceability constraints, the customer shall be informed and any prepaid amount will be refunded.
