Policies

This document governs your use of the website, services, and products offered by Threadtrend, a brand owned and operated by Relentra Fashion Technology ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, all of which are designed to protect both your rights and ours under Indian law.

I. DEFINITIONS

"User" means any person or entity accessing or using our website.

"Platform" refers to the website and mobile applications operated by Threadtrend.

"Product(s)" refers to the merchandise offered for sale by Threadtrend.

"Personal Data" means information that can be used to identify a User, as defined under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

II. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. User Eligibility and Account

  • Use of this website is permitted for all age groups. However, any User below the age of 18 years must access the platform under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Users may place orders via guest checkout or by registering an account.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these terms.

2. Ownership of Content

  • All text, images, logos, trademarks, designs, and code are the exclusive intellectual property of Relentro Fashion Technology.
  • No part of this platform may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Automated access via bots or scraping is strictly prohibited.
  • Misuse of discount coupons, review systems, or referral programs shall result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.

4. Promotions & Coupons

  • Promotional offers and coupons are offered solely at the discretion of the Company and may be discontinued or altered without prior notice.
  • Offers are not combinable unless expressly stated.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its platform or products.
  • In all cases, liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the specific transaction.

6. Force Majeure

  • The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outage, government actions, or pandemics.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes shall lie with the courts in Rajasthan or Karnataka.

III. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

  • Most products sold by Threadtrend are returnable within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery unless marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Products may be returned for the following reasons:
    • Physical damage or manufacturing defect
    • Missing parts or incorrect item delivered
    • Product not as described on the platform

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be:
    • In unused and unwashed condition
    • Accompanied by original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging
    • Free from signs of wear, alteration, or misuse

3. Non-Returnable Products

  • Products marked as "non-returnable"
  • Customised, made-to-order, or personalised items (unless defective)
  • Items considered intimate in nature (e.g., innerwear), due to hygiene reasons

4. Return Verification & Processing

  • All returns are subject to verification by our quality team.
  • We may request photographs, conduct telephonic verifications, or initiate a reverse pick-up for inspection.
  • Refunds shall be initiated only after the returned product passes quality checks.

5. Refund Methods

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 7–15 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be processed to the User’s bank account or as store credit, as chosen by the User.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or colour variations (subject to availability).
  • If a replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be initiated.

7. Return Pickup & Charges

  • For eligible returns, Threadtrend will arrange a free pickup from the original delivery address.
  • If a pickup is not serviceable at the user’s location, the customer may be required to self-ship the item and share tracking details. Shipping charges for such returns will be reimbursed as per actuals (proof of cost required).

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are dispatched, whichever is earlier.
  • After dispatch, cancellation is not permitted. However, you may still initiate a return as per the policy above.

9. Abuse of Return Policy

  • Users exhibiting excessive or fraudulent return behaviour (e.g., repeated returns of used items) may face account suspension and denial of future services.
  • Threadtrend reserves the right to block or blacklist such customers at its sole discretion.

IV. PRIVACY POLICY

1. Data Collection

  • We collect the following user data:
    • Full name
    • Email address
    • Contact number
    • Shipping and billing addresses
  • Payment information is processed by third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) and not stored on our servers.

2. Use of Data

  • We use personal data for order processing, logistics coordination, customer communication, and marketing (if subscribed).

3. Cookies and Tracking

  • We use cookies to enhance User experience and gather analytics via tools like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.

4. Third-Party Sharing

  • We do not sell, lease, or disclose your data to third-party advertisers.
  • User data may be shared with logistics partners solely for the purpose of order fulfillment.
