SHIPPING POLICY

At Threadtrend, we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all our customers across India. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms related to order processing, shipping timelines, delivery, tracking, and related logistics services.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • Threadtrend currently ships products within India only.
  • International shipping services are not available at this time. However, we may expand our shipping regions in the future without prior notice.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours from the time of order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during high-demand sale periods may require additional processing time.
  • Customized or print-on-demand products may take longer to process depending on production requirements.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: Approximately 5–7 business days
  • Other Locations: Approximately 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, remote-area accessibility, or operational disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Threadtrend offers free shipping on eligible orders unless otherwise specified during checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional convenience charge, which will be displayed at the time of checkout.
  • Shipping offers and charges are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Logistics & Courier Partners

To ensure timely delivery, Threadtrend works with trusted third-party logistics providers, including but not limited to:

  • Blue Dart
  • Delhivery
  • Ekart

The courier partner assigned to an order shall be determined based on serviceability, location, and operational efficiency.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery services are available for selected pin codes and may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at the sole discretion of Threadtrend.
  • Additional COD handling charges may apply where applicable.

7. Address Accuracy & Modification

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of placing the order.
  • Shipping addresses may be modified within 24 hours of order placement by contacting our support team.
  • Threadtrend shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

8. Order Tracking

  • Once an order is shipped, customers will receive shipment tracking details via their registered email address.
  • Tracking updates are dependent on courier partner systems and may take time to reflect after dispatch.

9. Failed Delivery & Unserviceable Locations

  • In cases where a delivery location is deemed unserviceable by the courier partner, the order may be cancelled and refunded, or alternative delivery arrangements may be attempted.
  • If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or inaccurate address information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery requests.

10. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If an order is lost, significantly delayed, or damaged during transit, customers must notify us promptly by writing to our support email address.
  • Upon verification of the issue, Threadtrend may:
    • Arrange a replacement or re-delivery, or
    • Issue a refund/store credit, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
  • Claims relating to damaged packages should ideally be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

11. Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control

Threadtrend shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or transportation disruptions
  • Pandemic-related interruptions
  • Courier operational delays
